About Osceola Mills

Osceola Mills is on the southeastern border of Clearfield County, and on the north side of Moshannon Creek, which forms the boundary between Clearfield and Centre counties. Passing through the town is PA Route 53, which leads northeast to Philipsburg and southwest to Houtzdale.

Osceola Mills maintains a park for recreation with facilities for fun activities such as baseball fields, basketball and tennis courts, and a swimming pool. The town is known for its annual 4th of July carnival, a week-long celebration with a parade and fireworks display that draws thousands of people from the surrounding communities!
