About Julian
Julian & Unionville are located just west of the center of Centre County. The area is populated with around 450 residents with a total area of 4.5 square miles. Most locals pronounce the town name of Julian "Joo-lee-ānn." They are just off US Route 220 and situated along Bald Eagle Creek, making the yards of the homes very picturesque. It also serves as the gateway to Black Moshannon State Park, a 3,394-acre park conserving unique and natural environments in the forests and wetlands.

Residents will enjoy easy access to major highways and roads connecting Bellefonte, State College, and Altoona.
